(..In the Netherlands…) For the second year in a row, Naarden was voted best place to live in Holland. Naarden scores because of its many historical monuments in the fortress, the national park ‘Naardermeer’ and its year-round activity. Why am I posting this?
I live there… 2 [...] Today it was confirmed again. I just came home from a cycling trip and I picked some pretty wild flowers. I couldn’t help but feeling like a little girl again. Or still..

Like Unlike I was paying my parents a visit recently and my mother gave me a booklet. It was not an ordinary booklet. Nooo, it was an exercise book I used at primary school. I guess you can say that I was into certain things at a very young age already.

Like Unlike Today was a stupid day. Not just a regular stupid day, no…. it was an amazingly stupid day. Maybe the entire week was stupid, but today was like the stupid-cherry on the stupid-pie, we might as well dip it in yoghurt. And why do we frikkin’ complain on this happy website? Because we can. I was enjoying the good life in South Africa when Susan sms-ed me about Arjen’s sudden death. I was deeply shocked, I still am and the sadness that kicked [...] For those reading this regularly: you may have noticed that Marianne hasn’t been really active lately. She is not: missing in a fight with me inspirationless
