(..In the Netherlands…) For the second year in a row, Naarden was voted best place to live in Holland. Naarden scores because of its many historical monuments in the fortress, the national park ‘Naardermeer’ and its year-round activity. Why am I posting this?

It’s summer, sunny and warm, so I had my early morning coffee in sun, while thinking about my upcoming move (2,5 weeks to go!). My email contained only nice messages from friends, nothing annoying. Unlike I grew up in a soccer family, my dad, grandfather, uncles and aunt used to play and we regularly spent our sunday morning at the playingfields of the Frisian Soccer Club (FVC). I just came home from a cycling trip and I picked some pretty wild flowers. I couldn’t help but feeling like a little girl again. Or still..

And I want to live somewhere else. 1 person likes this post. Unlike until it’s not around anymore. I’m a student and there’s nothing wrong with that. I live in a 18 square meter room and there’s nothing wrong with that. I share my kitchen, shower and toilet with other people. Nothing wrong with that either. But, before all of this, I lived in a small house [...] Tonight I turn the lights off and make your shadow fade, tonight I turn the lights off and make you go away. or at least I’m trying to… Like Unlike The tropical storm ‘Agatha’ caused a 60 meter deep sinkhole in Guatamala, swallowing a three story building and a house.
